Bethan Marlow (she/they) is an award winning bi-lingual playwright from North Wales that has worked extensively with and within communities across Wales. She is known for making the Welsh language accessible, for embracing a bi-lingual way of working and for pushing boundaries when it comes to what Welsh sounds like today. Bethan has twenty years of experience of facilitating workshops and runs regular creative writing workshops online.

Pride Cymru is a volunteer-led charity that works to promote the elimination of discrimination be it on the grounds of sexual orientation, gender, race, religion or ability. We are committed to campaigning for equality and acceptance of diversity within our communities. We recognise and celebrate the contributions made by LGBT+ people in society and we continue our work to create opportunities for LGBT+ people around Wales to connect and support each other.

Queertawe is an intergenerational creative project for the LGBTQ+ community of Swansea and surrounding areas.  Led by artists Bethan Marlow and Cerian Hedd, supported by Mess Up the Mess, the project has focussed on creating safe, inclusive, sober spaces where queer Swansea can celebrate itself and its stories.
